Comprehensive diabetes management includes patient education about disease management; nutrition and diet, medication management and exercise individualized for those living with diabetes. That exercise program focuses on cardio- vascular work, weight training and walking. Diabetes management also includes skin monitoring to make sure there are no wounds or sores and foot care provided by a licenses nurse.
